Delivery to the UK is now free with our Standard shipping option - Shop Now!

UK DELIVERIES 

  • Standard delivery - Free. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays). This means that you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was ordered. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly. Once dispatched you will receive an email with a link to enable you to track it. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping.
  • Expedited UK delivery - £5.25 per pack. Orders received before 1.45pm (Mon - Fri) will be processed and dispatched on a priority basis to enable it to reach you the next working day. Whilst we endeavour to achieve this it is not a guaranteed service. 
  • We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
  • If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact our Customer Services (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) on 01844 201737 or email us at enquiries@stickytoffee.store
  • We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
  • We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the wrong address that was entered in at checkout.
  • Our Logistics are all handled by Amazon UK who try to use Royal Mail at all times, however occasionally due to unusual circumstance may use another service, ie Hermes or DPD. This is out of our control.
  • Packs may be shipped separately for orders of more than one pack.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Delivery outside the UK has been temporarily removed due to the current situation with Brexit. 

  • Standard International delivery. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays). This means that you should receive your order within 5 - 8 working days from the date it was ordered. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly. Once dispatched you will receive an email with a link to enable you to track it. Tracking details are typically available within 24 hrs of dispatch.
  • Express International delivery. Orders received before 1.45pm (Mon - Fri) will be processed and dispatched on a priority basis to ensure it reaches you within 3 - 4 working days. Whilst we endeavour to achieve this it is not a guaranteed service.
  • We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
  • All our Logistics are all handled by Amazon who use third party delivery companies.
